PAYMENT

Orange Tree Pediatric Services is a private-pay provider and does not participate in-network with any health insurance plans at this time. Patients are responsible for payment in full at the end of each session. Orange Tree Pediatric Services will provide a super bill via email following each session, which patients may then submit to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement if they choose to do so. It is the patient's responsibility to submit super bills to their individual insurance providers.

It is the patient's responsibility to confirm available coverage or benefits with their individual insurance providers to determine coverage. Here are examples of useful questions to ask your individual insurance provider:

  • Does my insurance cover pediatric speech-language therapy? (Note: it may be wise to note specific diagnosis codes. If your child has a medical diagnosis such as autism, be sure to mention this to your provider.)

  • What is the rate of coverage per treatment session?

  • Does my insurance cover out-of-network services?

  • How many sessions per year are covered by my plan?

  • What is my deductible? How much until my deductible is met?

  • Is approval or a prescription from my child’s primary care physician required?
